Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Return window
Please request a return within 5 days of the day your order is marked delivered. If your order arrives in more than one package, the 5 days start when the final package is delivered.

How to start a return
Email us at mbrown3616@gmail.com with your order number, the items you'd like to return, and the reason. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please include clear photos. We'll reply with a return authorization number and instructions. Please don't send items back without that number, because returns without it can't be processed.

Eligible items
Items must be unworn and unwashed, with original tags still attached, in their original clear packaging with the SKU label. Once your return is approved, please ship it within 5 days.

Final sale items
Intimates and lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, and beauty products (including opened cosmetics and fragrances) can't be returned.

Exchanges
We don't offer exchanges. To get a different size or color, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected, usually within 5–7 business days of arrival. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping
Customers pay return shipping, unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged.

Returns that don't meet these conditions
Returns that don't meet the conditions above may have a 20% restocking fee deducted or may be declined.
